Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If the payment was made through PayPal or Credit Card, 10% will be deducted for payment by Internet Payment Gateway, if it was made through Sinpe Móvil, 100% of the money will be refunded.
Only the registered person can request a refund.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will be contacted to request your Sinpe Mobile number or bank account to make the corresponding refund.
